Position 1: Cashier Accountant
Education BA/ Diploma/ Level III Certificate in Accounting, Economics Business Administration Experience years of applicable experience as a cashier, cash accountant, or treasury assistant, preferably in an FMCG or retail environment. Skills Proficiency in accounting software Communication Compliance Attention to detail. Location Addis Ababa/ Gelan
Position 2: Sales Operation Coordinator and Analyst
Education BA degree in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, Business Administration, Management, Business Management or related fields
Experience 4 years applicable experience in salesmanship, Sales operation Officer, Sales Critic, Sales Data Encoder and other related sales areas.
Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is obligatory( VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, tentative Formatting, advanced formulas, data confirmation, charting). Strong logical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and draw practicable conclusions. Proficiency in data visualization tools( e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is highly desirable.
Experience with CRM( Customer Relationship Management) and/ or ERP( Enterprise Resource Planning) systems data extraction and reporting. Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings easily and effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Fluency in Amharic and strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment

Position 3: Upcountry Sales Manager
Education BA/ MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Management or related fields
Experience years progressive experience respectively as National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Deputy Sales Manager.
Skills strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent concession, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the Ethiopian upcountry market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution channels. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data- driven opinions.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Strong problem- solving abilities and a visionary approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Amharic and at least one major indigenous language( e.g., Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya) is largely favored and often essential for effective upcountry operations.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Location Addis Ababa/ Gelan
Position 4: Regional Sales Supervisor
Education BA/ MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Management or related fields
Experience years of applicable experience as sales supervisor, elderly Sales Officer or Sales Coordinator Skills
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of sales principles, merchandising, and distribution channels.
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Problem- solving skills and a visionary approach. Proficiency in introductory computer applications( Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
Fluency in Amharic and the original indigenous language( s)( e.g., Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya, Sidamigna etc., depending on the assigned zone) is often essential for effective communication. Valid driver’s license( or motorcycle license if applicable) and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone. Location Addis Ababa/ Gelan
Position 5: Regional Sales Manager
Education BA/ MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Management or related fields
Experience years progressive experience as National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Deputy Sales Manager.
Skills Exceptional strategic thinking, logical, and problem- working skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team- building capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the Addis Ababa consumer request, retail landscape, and distribution channels.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software. Fluency in Amharic and strong command of English( both written and spoken).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
