Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or implicit operators and, low-income people who are able to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1: Trainee Officer- I
Educational Qualification BSc Degree. (Mechanical, Civil, IT, Agribusiness, and related)
Experience No Experience is required and Skill in Marketing & Sales is advantageous, only graduate of 2016 E.c & above. Customer service internship & training is advantageous.

Educational Qualification Accounting, Finance level IV( 4) Completed COC requirement is Mandatory.
Experience Degree or Diploma and 1 year experience in banking and/ or microfinance Sector.

Educational Qualification Must have completed Diploma/Level 1-4/10 th/ 8th grade and be suitable to provide proof of training.
