Position 1 Principal Architect
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields
Experience with six( 6) years of applicable work experience out of which one year as a senior Architect or related work experience.
Designing, planning, and supervising the construction of buildings and other physical structures.
• Communication skills that help him her present his/ her ideas orally, in writing, and via specialized drawing/ images
• The ability to work with other building/ construction professionals to achieve an objective.

Position 2 Branch Banking Auditor- II
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or original
Experience with two (2) years of applicable experience To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank

Position 3 Principal System Director
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, or affiliated fields
Experience with six( 6) years of applicable work experience.
To design, implement, secure, and maintain the Bank’s Enterprise Systems and Data Centre to support the smooth and secure functioning of the day-to-day Bank’s operations

Position 4 Branch Manager III
Qualifications and Experience Master’s Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field
Experience with four( 4)/ six( 6) years of applicable work experience; of which one year of experience should be as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, constituting nonstop improvement for enhanced customer service and functional efficiency in the Branch

Position 5 Manager, Organizational Development & Change Management
Qualifications and Experience Masters Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields,
Experience with 6/8 years of experience of which 2 years should be as Principal or Sr. Officer.
