Position 1 Senior Client Service Officer Cash I  

Job Summary  The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide entrance plant customer service help in the department. S/ he’ll deal with account administration transactions, reply to buyer inquiries, handle money and non-cash transactions, and all buyer requests on the branch.  

Academic & Professional Qualification  

Bachelor's Degree in an enterprise-associated discipline. g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or some other equal fields  

Experience  At least 4( 4) years of banking experience  Behavioral Competency  Interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, together with the ability to construct cooperative relationships with sensitivity to range/ inclusion.  Creativity and invention moxie.

Position 2 Customer Service Manager Grade I  

Job Summary  

The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all actions of Customer Service Officers( Maker/ Checkers) and elderly client Service Officers ( Cash/ Accounts) inside the Branch and guarantee functional excellence to transport exemplary providers for top buyer satisfaction ranges, supporting the Bank’s progress.  

Academic & Professional 

Qualification Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. g. accounting, management, economics, business administration  

Experience a Minimum of Six( 6) years of banking expertise

Position 3 Branch Manager I  

Job Summary  The Branch Manager will plan, set up, lead, and manage the banking actions of a branch workplace. S/ he’ll make sure that working procedures, guidelines, and the law of practices of the Bank and controllers' directives and nation legislation are adhered to by all workers. S/ he may even coordinate the gross sales business improvement efforts of the department.  

The Branch manager may even lead the customer support initiatives and guide department functional excellence. S/ he’ll prepare and submit periodic finances, work plans, and exercise and progress experiences. The job holder may even participate in varied neighborhood conduct and hold in shut contact with the business community to promote companies supplied by the Bank.  

Academic & Professional Qualification Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. g. accounting, management, economics, business administration  

Work Experience  Minimum of seven (7) years applicable experience out of which One( 1) year in an administrative post.
