• Qualification – Level IV ( TVET Diploma) in Drafting or connected fields
• Additional Skills – coaching on Basic pc Application is obligatory
• expertise – four years relevant expertise (out of that least two years as workplace Engineer)

Position 2 – Plumbing Technician
• Qualification – Level IV (TVET Diploma) Electrical and Electricity Technology management technician in relevant field
• Experience – two years relevant expertise

Position 3 – Elecrician
• Qualification – TVET graduate in Electricity .
• Experience – two years relevant expertise

Position 4 – Civil Engineer (Officer II )
