Position 1 Secretary Education Level: Applicable Diploma with four years of applicable experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field( COC is mandatory).
Experience minimum 4 years( if Diploma) or applicable Bachelor’s with no unequivocal experience required.
Job Purpose: To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.
Place of Work: Head Office.
Position 2: Branch Manager IV – IFB
Education Level: Applicable Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related.
Experience: At least 1 year as Branch Manager III- IFB or Assistant Branch Manager II- IFB/ Customer Service Supervisor II- IFB.
Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting nonstop improvement for enhanced customer service and functional efficiency in the branch.
Place of Work Wegagen Amana Kemise Branch.
Position 3: Branch Manager III
Education Level: Applicable Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Experience Minimum 3 years in the banking or financial services industry with at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or original.
Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting nonstop improvement for enhanced customer service and functional efficiency in the branch.
Place of Work: Dilla Branch.
Position 4: Construction Project Manager
Education Level: Applicable Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized advanced learning institution.
Experience Minimum 5 years in Construction Projects as a Project Engineer or equivalent.
Job Purpose: To manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, inspections, and project closeout.
