Position 1: Director, Risk Management
Qualifications & Requirements
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any other applicable field from an accredited advanced learning institution; and
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a directorial role within the banking sector;
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2: Director, Corporate and Branch Banking Audit
Qualifications & Requirements
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any other applicable field from an accredited advanced learning institution; and
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the banking sector;
Place of work: Head Office
Position 3: Director, Information Technology Audit
Qualifications & Requirements
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any other applicable field from an accredited advanced learning institution; and
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a directorial role within the banking sector;
Place of work: Head Office
Position 4: Manager, Digital Banking
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with a focus on digital banking of which three years on directorial/ Administrative role Place of work City District Office
Position 5: Branch Manager IV
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field with a minimum of five( 5) years of applicable work experience, of which one year of experience should be at the Administrative level
Place of work: Branches under the Jimma District Office
