Position 1: APPLICATION SUPPORT – Inferior OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1- 3 years of experience in application support or system administration. 
 Introductory knowledge of databases, user management, and troubleshooting methodologies, complemented by strong logical and communication skills. Experience working with external IT service providers or financial institutions is a plus.

Position 2: APPLICATION SUPPORT – SENIOR OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years of experience in application support, database, and system administration. 
 Strong knowledge of application troubleshooting, SQL databases, and system configurations, with experience in banking or financial applications being a plus. Previous experience working with external IT service providers or fiscal exchanges is salutary.

Position 3: IT SERVICE DESK – Inferior OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1- 3 years of experience in IT support roles. 
 Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and IT security issues, with introductory knowledge of networking concepts, IP addressing, cybersecurity principles, and connectivity troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Position 4: IT SERVICE DESK – SENIOR OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years of experience in IT support, with leadership exposure. 
 Strong expertise in troubleshooting  tackle, printers, software, networking, and IT security issues, with knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, cybersecurity stylish practices, and  introductory network configurations, complemented by excellent communication and team management skills

Position 5: SR.TRADING OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or applicable professional certification( e.g., CFA) is preferred, with a minimum of 5- 8 years of applicable experience in investment bank.

Position 6: SR. RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Master’s Degree in Economics, Financial Management Business Administration, or related field, with 8 to 10 years of applicable experience. Minimal of 3 years in a  directorial position

Position 7: SR. RESEARCH OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or related field, with minimum of 4 years of applicable experience. According to the  payment scale of the Investment Bank.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in HR.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and related fields, with 4 years of applicable work experience in Finance.

Position 10: SR. Premonitory OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree( MBA or original) is explosively preferred, with a  minimal 5- 8 years of applicable experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or commercial finance places, with a proven track record of successful customer engagements.

Position 11: SR. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, with 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive/ professional support function or related field of study. Very good verbal and spoken communication skills in Amharic and English

Position 12: Principal, RISK AND COMPLIANCE 

Qualifications and Experience Master’s Degree in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 8 to 10 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of directorial position. According to the salary scale of the Investment Bank.

Position 13: principal, Premonitory OFFICER 

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. An MBA or original advanced degree is preferred, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory roles, with demonstrated success in leadership and customer management.
