Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or implicit operators and, low-income people who are able to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1 Loan Officer I
Educational Background BA Degree in accounting, finance, banking, business, or related field
Experience 1 year and above applicable experience in banking and/ or microfinance advantageous
Position 2 Loan Officer II
Educational Background BA Degree in accounting, finance, banking, business, or related field
Experience Two( 2) years in applicable experience out of which 1 year experience in banking and/ or microfinance advantageous
Position 3 Internal Audit Department Manager
Educational Background Msc/ BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or related
Experience5/7 Years in applicable work experience out of which 4 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance advantageous
Position 4 Risk & Compliance Department Manager
Educational Background MA/ BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration-Accounting and related
Experience5/7 Years in applicable work experience out of which 4 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance advantageous
Position 5 Credit Service Division Manager
Educational Background Master’s Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related with
Experience5/7 years applicable work experience, out of which 3 years in the banking industry or microfinance
Position 6 SInior MIS Officer
Educational Background MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field of profession
Experience 3 years and above applicable Experience. Microfinance Sector is experience is preferred
Position 7 Senior Marketing Office
Educational Background BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, and related.
Experience Three( 3) years and above Experience. Digital Marketing experience is required.
Position 8 Portfolio Management Division Manager
Educational Background MA/ BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration-Accounting and related
Experience5/7 Years in related work out of which 4 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance advantageous
Position 9 Branch Manager II
Educational Background BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, and related
Experience Four( 4) Years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance advantageous
Position 10 Chief Executive Officer
Educational Background MA/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience 8/ 10 years of experience in related work out of which 5 years of experience in banking and/ or microfinance business shall be in a directorial position
Position 11 Resource Mobilization Expert- I
Educational Background Master’s Degree or Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Business Communication
Experience 1/2 Years in applicable experience. Banking and/ or microfinance & NGO Experience is advantageous
Position 12 Resource Mobilization Expert- II
Educational Background Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Business Communication
