Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development conditioning in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Yegna substantially provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or implicit operators and low income people who can work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty relief through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1: Trainee Officers
Educational Background: BSc Degree in (Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, IT, Agri Business, Agri Economics, and related fields.
Experience: No experience is required, and skills in marketing and sales are advantageous, only graduates of 2016 E.C. and above.

Educational Background: BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management/ Office Administration, or in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in secretarial-related activities in the banking or microfinance sector.

Educational Background: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 and above year applicable auditing experience in Banking or microfinance Sector.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
Experience minimum: 3 and of applicable experience in strategic planning, business development, or commercial performance monitoring in banks or the microfinance Sector.
Position 5: Branch Cashier
Educational Background: Accounting, Finance level IV( 4). Completed COC requirement is Mandatory.
Experience Minimum 1 and above year of experience in banking and/ or microfinance Sector.

Educational: Background: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of experience in related work, out of which 1 year of experience in banking and/ or microfinance is advantageous.

Educational Background: MA/ BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
Experience 5/ 7 years applicable banking or microfinance work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/ directorial related position.

Educational Background: MA/ BA Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 4/ 6 years of experience in facilities and logistics management, out of which 2 years were in a senior position.
Position 12: Customer Relationship Manager- I
Educational Background: BA Degree/ Diploma or Level IV in Economics, Accounting, Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related field.
Experience 2 years of experience for a BA Degree/ 4 years for Diploma or Level IV in banking, microfinance, or sales with financial institutions. Previous experience in Relationship Management, Relationship Officer, Senior Customer Service Officer, sales agent, and related posts is advantageous.
