Awach SACCO Is a saving and credit collaborative established on 13/07/1999 E.C. in AradaSub-city by Mr. Zerihun Sheleme, founder and general manager with 41 original members. Having in mind a long- range objective of encouraging saving mobilization culture and loan provision in the community with a strong commitment and belongingness, coupled with shared visions of the founders; Awach became a truly serving fiscal institution within a many years after the establishment. Awach Saving and Crediting would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position 1: Casher and Secretary
Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree( BA), MA or MSC in a applicable field (e.g., Economics, business administration, pastoral or Civic development, Accounting, HRM, etc.)
Work Experience applicable experiences of 4 years for BA and 2 years for MA or MSC for officer positions and one year and above for Casher & Secretary with BA degree. Proficiency of Oromiffa language is mandatory for IGA Officer
Personal Skills Strategic thinking and logical skills with demonstrated experience.
Place of Work Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource and Finance Officer
Qualification Bachelor’s degree( BA), MA or MSC in a applicable field( e.g., Economics, business administration, pastoral or Civic development, Accounting, HRM, etc.)
Work Experience applicable experiences of 4 years for BA and 2 years for MA or MSC for officer positions and one year and above for Casher & Secretary with BA degree. Proficiency of Oromiffa language is masndatory for IGA Officer

Position 3: Income Generating Activities (IGA) Officer
Qualification Bachelor’s degree (BA), MA or MSC in a applicable field (e.g., Economics, business administration, pastoral or Civic development, Accounting, HRM, etc.)
Work Experience applicable experiences of 4 years for BA and 2 years for MA or MSC for officer positions and one year and above for Casher & Secretary with BA degree.
