Position 1: Strategy and Change Management Officer 

minimum qualification and work experience 
 • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 4 years of applicable experience of which 2 years as a Junior Change Management Officer 
 Location Head Office 

Position 2: Senior Strategy Planning and Monitoring Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience 
 • Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business- related fields with 4/6 years of applicable experience independently of which 2 years as an officer in planning and monitoring area 
 Location Head Office 

Position 3: Branch Manager 

Minimum qualification and work experience BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/ customer service manager or original role in branch banking area.

Position 4: Management Trainee 

Minimum qualification and work experience 
 • MA/ MBA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or other affiliated fields. 
 • Age Not  further than 35 
 • GPA 3.00 & Above 
 • Two or more years of work experience in any recognized organization. 
 • Knowledge of IFB will be profitable. 
 Location Addis Ababa 
 Knowledge of IFB is  profitable 
 Salary As per the Bank’s scale and seductive benefit package. 
 Employment Type Full time on the bank premises
