Position: Administrative Assistance
Qualification: B.An in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management, or related fields with 2 years of applicable experience.
Core Competency –
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office outfits, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office( MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Work independently and organize complex pastoral tasks
Place of work Addis Ababa
Salary As per the Bank’s scale and seductive benefit package.
