The major purpose of this function is to work in high-performing teams to make a difference and deliver excellent customer service. This role is responsible for delivering primary level information about the bank and its applicable units, keeping the office appearance and atmosphere, organizing departmental/ branch records and correspondences with internal and external clients, and performing secretarial responsibilities.

Educational Requirement
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, SSOM, Digital Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related Business fields.
- Only graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C. with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and applying Zemen Bank standards, procedures, and methodologies to assignments.
- Providing accurate and timely data on assigned tasks as demanded, including optimal usage of applicable knowledge sources.
- Understand how to develop formative working connections with co-workers.
- Maintain particular progress and knowledge in a technical sector.
- Maintain strong work habits that contribute to the growth and profitability of the bank.
- Work independently and under pressure to fulfil deadlines.
- A competent platoon player with a strong interest in the industry.
