Position 1 Branch Manager – Interest-Free Banking
Required Education and Experience Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with four (4) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at elderly position; or a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with five( 5) years of experience of which two (2) should be at elderly position. The Manager is responsible for supporting the branch information requirement by compiling comprehensive IFB performance-related data about branches. The manager is also responsible for producing colorful guidelines and IFB customer information useful for enhancing resource mobilization.

Position 2 Manager – Interest-Free Banking
Educational Level and Work Experience Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with Six (6) years of experience of which two( 2) years should be in a senior position; or a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with Eight (8) years of experience of which two (2) should be at a senior position. The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows- up and evaluates Branch’s operations targets on established performance parameters. He or she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high-quality service. He or she identifies and recruits implicit customers and provides professional advice.
