Position 1 Customer Service Supervisor – Grade – I
Qualification Minimum BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics/ Business Administration or business-related field of study with a Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigning ticket vouchers and authorizing transactions. To follow up on all cheque clearance conditioning and accounts of a suspense nature. Ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.
