Position: Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II
Required Education and Experience minimal BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and Finance or Economics and/ or related Departments with zero years of experience.
Only Graduates of 2024 & 2025 (Applicants should be good in public exit examination.) The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and search for implicit customers, ensures that correct receipts are issued to customers for all transactions, balances diurnal cash sale and prepares diurnal cash position.
CGPA For women 2.5 & above – For manly 2.75 & above
Place of Work Branches under all sections except Dire Dawa district
Salary As per the Bank’s Scale
