Position 1: Junior Banking Business Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience: A B.A. degree in economics, management, accounting, or other business-related fields, along with 1 year of work experience in the banking sector as a bank trainee.

Position 2: Banking Business Officer I
Minimum qualification and work experience:
• A B.A. degree in economics, management, accounting, or other business-related fields
• 1 year of branch banking experience, including 6 months as a junior officer or in an equivalent position

• Knowledge of IFB products
• Problem Identification and Solution

Position 3: Senior Information Technology Auditor
Minimum qualification and work experience:
• A B.Sc. degree in computer science, information science, management information systems, electrical and computer engineering, or other IT-related fields
• 4 years of work experience, of which 2 years should be in the role of IT and System Auditor

Position 4: Senior Internal Auditor
Minimum qualification and work experience:
• A B.A. degree in management, accounting, or other business-related fields
• 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years in audit-related positions

Position 5: Customer Relationship Officer II
Minimum qualification and work experience:
• A B.A. degree in economics, management, accounting, or other business-related fields
• 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Officer I in financing or credit areas

Place of work: Jimma and Diredawa Districts
Position 6: Financing Appraisal Officer II
Minimum qualification and work experience:
• A B.A. degree in economics, management, accounting, or other business-related fields
• 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Officer I in financing or credit areas
