In order to manage this internationally competitive ring road and other projects, the city administration has established an Addis Ababa City Roads Authority No. 7/1990 in order to organize the design, construction, and administration activities.
Addis Ababa City Administration Roads Authority provides quality and standardized roads and transport infrastructure and maintains its 20 coverage, providing traffic flow to the community.
