Addis Ababa Silk Road General Hospital( ASRGH) was constructed in Addis Ababa, the capital megacity of Ethiopia, in 2017 in an echo of the “ Belt and Road Initiative ” by AFEI Holding.
This 14-story, new state-of-the-art hospital is committed to enhance China- Africa unbreakable friendship and strengthening innovation and practice to improve healthcare in Africa. This new facility is designed for two specific groups: patients and their families, and healthcare professionals.
Position 1: Receptionist
Receptionist Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Harmonious, professional dress and manner.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Email.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and pastoral procedures.
Suitable to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with colorful tasks as required.

Position 2: Scrub Nurse (OR Nurse)
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
BSC/ Diploma from an approved nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse( RN) from the country of origin.
Certificate on BLS and ACLS training.
Profound knowledge in defibrillator application.
Knowledge in Infusion Pump utilization and calculation.
A minimum of two years of experience in the operating room is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Have good communication skills.
Have some computer skills.
Know the nursing profession.
Have good observation skills.
Language Fluent in English( oral & spoken).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to work flexible hours

Position 3: Welder & Electrician
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Diploma or Certificate in Welding, Electrical Installation, or related field.
Proven experience as a welder and electrician( 1 year preferred).
Ability to read and interpret specialized drawings and electrical schematics.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Have good communication skills
The ability to work in a team
Moderate in English( Oral & Written)
Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to work flexible hours
Working Conditions
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
