Education First Degree in Accounting/ Banking/ Management
Experience 2 years of applicable banking experience
Competency
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the Banks
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills;

Place of Work Assosa, Gambella
Position 2 Customer Service Officer
Education First Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields
Work Experience 1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee
Competency
- Knowledge of banking principles and practices
- Knowledge of Cash Management practices of banks
- Good knowledge of Cash Management policies and procedures of the Bank
Required Number 12 Place of Work Assosa( 3), Gambella( 3), Jimma( 3), Modjo( 1), Dire Dawa( 2)
Position 3 Branch Accountant I
Education First Degree in Accounting/ Banking/ Management and related fields.
Experience 2 years of applicable banking experience
Competency
- Good knowledge of accounting and fiscal management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management programs and procedures of the Banks
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Required Number 4
Place of Work Asosa, Gambella, Jinka, Jimma – Ethiopia
Position 5 Branch Manager I
Education First Degree in Accounting/ Banking/ Management or related fields.
Experience 6 years of banking experience at branch level; four of which in supervisory positions.
Competency
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, and financial management
- Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
Required Number 6 Place of Work Assosa, Gambella, Shashamane, Arbaminch, Yirgachefe, Jimma
