Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.  

Experience: Two (2) years of demonstrated experience  

Work Place: Head Office( Addis Ababa) 

Requirement Skill: Networking, Cloud networking and file sharing, Network configuration, Network administration  

Position 2: Senior System Administrator  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.  

Experience: Four (4) years for a master’s and five( 5) years of demonstrated experience in the area for a bachelor’s degree, out of which three (3) years of experience in a related area.  

Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Position 3: Customer Service Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous  Duty stationAddis Ababa, Agarfa, Dire Dawa, Babile, Jigjiga, Seka Chekorsa, Ommo Nada.  

Requirement Skill: Accounting, Account management  

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields  

Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.  

Duty station: Addis Ababa, Ginir, Ajbar, Asendabo, Assosa, Aweday, Bedessa, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Gera, Hara, Haramaya, Harar, Jimma, Kombolcha, Metu, Seka Chekors, Tepi, Jigjiga  

Requirement Skill: Accounting, Account management  

Position 5: Customer Service Supervisor  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields  

Experience: (4) years of Banking Operations experience.

Position 6: Branch Operation Supervisor  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields

Position 7: Customer Service Manager  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields  

Experience: Five (5) years of Banking Operations experience.

Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous  

Duty station: Shashemane, Bale Robe, Jimma

Position 8: Branch Manager  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. 

Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
