Position1 Site Engineer Supervisor
Main Duties and liabilities
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and estimate implicit safety hazards
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well assub-contractors
• Educating site workers on construction safety requirements and accident protocol
• Enforcing point safety rules to minimize work- related accidents and injuries
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting correctional measures as needed
• assaying arrangements to ensure that construction projects meet design safety and budget specifications
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase effectiveness
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar.
• 2 Years Experience in a related role.
• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
• Knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn.
Position2 Office Engineer
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Support project manager with preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
• Maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs
• Oversee and review daily field inspector reports
• Track documents and manage project issues and conditions
• Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes
• Prepare yearly project status reports
• Assist project manager with payment requisition review
• Track and process all contract payments
• Review, analyze and make recommendations for contractor claims
• Review and monitor contractor payroll
• Prepare final documents, ensuring project documentation is processed in a timely manner and is retrievable
• Other duties as assigned
Qualification
• BA degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management
• 2 years of applicable office engineer experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to manipulate and edit data and create reports
• Knowledge of construction plans, specifications and estimate preparation, review processing & compliance requirements for construction projects
• Knowledge of construction materials methods and procedures
• Excellent communication( written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail
Position3 Sales and Marketing Head
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Plans and execute marketing and deals strategy
• Identifies marketing openings by understanding consumer conditions
• Achieves marketing and sales functional activities by contributing marketing and sales information
• Meets marketing and sales financial objects by forecasting requirements and preparing periodic budgets
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertisements
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Manages company websites and social media accounts
• Creates content in the form of blog articles, website copy and ads
• Assist and reviews all contracts before sending them to the client
• Assists the construction project manager in the execution of the management plan for the assigned systems
• Carries out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
• Helps problem- solve issues and suggests ways to ameliorate the project
• Organizes, files and maintains all current project documents
Qualifications
• BA degree in Marketing Management or related fields
• 2 – 4 Years of applicable experience in sales and marketing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly computer knowledgeable and complete in Microsoft suite
• Exceptional pastoral skills and strong business acumen
• Organized and detail- oriented
• professed collaborator
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
