Position 1 Customer Services Officer- I
Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at microfinance institutions.
Competencies Required
• Understands the introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
• Ability to respond to introductory client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 2 Customer Service Officer II
Qualification Requirement Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience Requirement 2( Two) years of applicable experience in a Bank.

• Is responsible for checking front office customer service support at the branch.
• will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries,

Position 3 Branch Manager I
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of studies.
Experience Minimum of seven( 7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One( 1) Year as a Customer Services Manager or original role. Job Description The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the sales business development sweats of the branch. The Branch Manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guide branch functional excellence. S/ he will prepare and submit periodic budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports. The job holder will also participate in colorful community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
