Position 1 Customer Services Officer- I  

Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.  

Experience Requirement 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at microfinance institutions.  

The Customer Service Officer I  

• Is responsible for checking frontal office customer service support at the branch.  

• will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries,  

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all client requests at the branch.

Position 2 Customer Service Officer II  

Qualification Requirement Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration  

Experience Requirement 2( Two) years of applicable experience in a Bank.  The Customer Service Officer I  

• Is responsible for checking frontal office customer service support at the branch. 

• will handle/ Check account conservation, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries,  

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.  Place of work for Burayu 

Position 3 Senior Customer Services Officer  

Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or affiliated fields of studies.  

Experience Requirement 5( Five) years of applicable experience in a Bank  The Senior Customer Service Officer  

• Provides  frontal office customer service support at the Branch  

• Handles account management transactions  

• Respond to customer enquiries  

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 4 Branch Manager I  

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of studies.  

Experience Requirement  Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One( 1) Year as a Customer Services Manager or original role.  campaigners applying for  directorial positions shall possess  crucial competencies and skills including

• Ability to work under pressure  

• Sufficient knowledge of  ultramodern management techniques;
