Position 1: Sales representative and farm advisor 

Required Qualification and Experience 
 EducationBSC in Veterinary Medicine. 
 Minimum 1 year experience in a related field of job. 
 Location Hawassa 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Responsible for generating sales to  growers and distributors 
 Adding sales by identifying  growers and convincing them of the benefits of our animal feed products 
 Creating deals through an original distributor or directly from our  plant in Bishoftu 
 Advising  growers on their feed and  ranch  operation 
 Training groups of growers on how to increase their productivity and profitability through quality feed and proper ranch operation. 
 Encouraging orders to Alema Koudijs feed plc. Head office in Bishoftu and follow-up delivery

Position 2: HR Officer 

Required Qualification and Experience 
 EducationBachelor’s degree in Human coffers, Business Administration, or an affiliated field. 
 A  seeker who has over 3 times’ experience in mortal resources in non-Governmental associations( manufacturing companies) is preferable.

Duties and liabilities 
 Reclamation and Onboarding 
 Assist in the reclamation process, including job bulletins, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. 
 Coordinate new hire onboarding and exposure programs. 
 Hand Relations 
 Act as a point of contact for hand queries and enterprises. 
 Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations. 

HR Administration 
 Maintain accurate and over- to- date employee records. 
 Prepare HR documents similar to employment contracts, offer letters, and programs. 
 Manage HR databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. 
 Performance Management 
 Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems. 
 Track hand performance and provide support for development plans. 
 Compliance 
 Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations. 
 Assist in audits and reporting as required. 
 Training and Development 
 Coordinate training programs and track employee participation. 
 Identify training requirements and support career development initiatives. 
 Payroll and Benefits Support 
 Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Position 3: Help office/ IT Support Officer

Required Qualification and Experience 
 EducationBachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. 
 A candidate who has 2 years’ experience in the same field in a manufacturing company is preferable. 
 Location Bishoftu

Duties and Responsibilities 
Troubleshoots common user problems 
 Updates operating systems and  motorists 
 Performs in-depth troubleshooting and backend analyses 
 Support ERP and DHP for end users. 
 Resolve network connectivity issues, including internet and intranet access. 
 Provide guidance and instruction to users on the use of computer systems and applications. 
 Install, configure, and deploy new tackle bias similar to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. 
 Set up and configure hardware to integrate with software and network systems, ensuring biases are completely functional for end-users. 
 Configure tackle bias for specific business functions,  similar to setting up barcode scanners or point-of-sale systems. 
 Perform routine maintenance tasks,  similar to contagion reviews and software updates. 
 Troubleshoot and repair defective hardware components,  similar to hard drives, memory, and peripherals. 
 Image and deploy new computers. 
 Track and inventory computer hardware and software assets. 
 Maintain accurate records of all IT support requests and resolutions. 
 Work  nearly with other IT teams( e.g., network engineers, system administrators) to resolve more complex issues, particularly when they involve both  tackle and software. 
 Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure that devices and software are up to date with the rearmost security patches. 
 Assist in IT- related projects,  similar to hardware upgrades, system migrations, and software deployments, providing both specialized and logistical support.
