Position 1 Chief Casher  

Education BA degree or Level Four in banking and finance, Accounting or any other related filed.  

Work experience4/6 years respectively for BA degree or Level Four  

Position 2 MIS Manager  

Education MSC/ BSC degree in computer science, Information system and Software Engineering, and any MIS related fields  

Work experience7/9 years independently for MSC/ BSC applicable experiences at of which 2 years on Administrative position  

Position 3 threat and Compliance Manager  

Education MBA/ BA/ BSC degree in Research, Social development, Marketing B/ Administration, economics or any other affiliated fields  

Work experience 7/9 years respectively for MBA/ BA degree applicable customers at of which 2 years on Administrative position.  

Position 4 Chief Internal Audit Manager  

Education MBA/ Mama/ BA degree in Account or any other related fields.  

Work experience7/9 years respectively for MBA/ BA degree applicable experiences at of which 2 years on Administrative position of micro finances and banks  

Position 5 Finance Manager  

Education MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Accounting, Banking and finance, Economics, Management, Business Management or any affiliated fields.  

Work experience7/9 years respectively for MA/ BA applicable experiences at of which 2 years on Administrative position  

Position 6 Operation or Credit Manager  

Education MA/ BA Solidarity and agree business finance, Banking and finance, Economics, Management, Business Management or any affiliated fields   Work experience7/9 years respectively for MA/ BA applicable experiences at of which 2 years on  directorial position  

Position 7 HRM Manager  

Education MA/ BA in  human resource management, Business Administration or any affiliated fields.  

Work experience7/9 years respectively for MA/ BA applicable experiences at of which 2 years on directorial position.
