Position 1 Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 1 time of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 2 Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 3 years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Position 3 Senior Performance Management & Succession Officer
Qualification BA in Management, Business Management, Development Management, Public Administration, or any other related fields
Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry of which two/ 2 years in an officer position
Purpose of the Job To plan and establish effective employee Performance Management system and succession management practices across the bank to enable it to fully utilize the potential of its people and meet unborn and changing business requirements.

Position 4 Senior Accountant
Qualification BA in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ or any other related fields Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable Banking experience of which two/ 2 years as an accountant
Purpose of the Job To carry out the general accounting operations and control financial transactions, coordinating account balances and bank statements maintaining the general ledger ensures that all payments, taxes, and other financial obligations are timely met.

Position 5 Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in a banking operation position.
Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Position 6 Security Guard – I( Male & Female)
Qualification 8th Grade Complete
Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military/ Police service OR Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete
Experience four/ 4 years of experience as a lady searcher
Age Between 25- 50
Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operation by maintaining the safety and security of the organization and its personnel and ensuring secured customer services with a welcoming environment.

Qualification Grade 10th/ 12th Complete

Purpose of the Job To securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient timely and applicable manner and support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the workplaces clean and making it attractive for staff and customers.
