Position 1 BRANCH OPERATION OFFICER – CASH  

Qualification & Experience neededBA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 4 years of experience; which 2 years as Customer Service Officer in Banking sector.

JOB SUMMERY  The jobholder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensure  functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth.  

Qualification & Experience neededBA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years ’ experience with at least 3 years at  functional work.

Position 9 MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS MANAGEMENT DIVISION  

JOB SUMMERY The job holder is responsible for preparing architectural design and specialized specifications for new and being own  structures, office layouts, aluminum and counter works, maintenance and extension of branch teller cages. S/ he evaluates proposed specialized documents, reviews blue print and specifications and gives supports on heat and ventilation systems for  structures. Controls quality of construction  systems.    Qualification & Experience  demanded BSc Degree Construction Projects Management and Computer affiliated courses in Engineering( AutoCAD, SAP and/ or Arch Cad) plus a minimum of ten( 10) times ’ applicable experience of Which 3 years in a administrative position. Experience in Banking Operations(  largely desirable).

The  retainer is responsible for leading digital marketing and  cooperation conditioning. In addition, works for customer requirements, work nearly with  colorful departments to ensure products meet  client satisfaction goals. help with ensuring digital cooperation activities are in line with the Bank’s overall strategy and goals. He continually collects and analyse applicable digital  request and competitor information and identify threats and opportunities.  

Qualification & Experience neededBA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and Economics plus a minimum of three twelve (12) years applicable experience in banking industry with proven track record on Digital Channel services.
