Position 1 Senior Database Administrator  

Qualification & Experience

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science & Computer Engineering plus a minimum of six (6) years in Database administration or related with three (3) years of which should be in a senior/ original role preferably in the banking sector.  

Required Knowledge & Skills 

  • Knowledge of two or more RDBMS technologies (DB2, Oracle, MS- SQL server & Knowledge of advanced SQL) 
  • Advanced knowledge of operating systems preferably AIX, Linux. Storages, network and security knowledge. Knowledge of high availability (HA) and Disaster recovery options.

Position 2 Customer Service and Operation Manager I  

Qualification & Experience 

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience with at least 3 years at  functional work.
  • The job holder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensure practical excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth.

Position 3 Manager – Business Intelligence and Analysis Division  

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting & finance, Economics, Management & Business Administration, Management Information System (Business Information System) or related plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector of which three (3) years in a administrative role in research, business intelligence and data analytics.

Position 4 Manager Training Impact Assessment Division  

Qualification & Experience 

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Pedagogy and Human Resources Management or related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years applicable experience with at least 3 years in administrative  part preferably in the banking sector.  Place of Work Addis Ababa V.No HO/ 01242/ 24  

Position 5: Branch Manager Class IV Branch  

Qualification & Experience 

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of eight( 8) years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in a administrative position.  
  • The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by inferiors. The retainer leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budget,  functional plan and activity and progress reports.
