Position 1: Senior – IFB Product Development Officer 

Qualification & Experience 
 BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management & Economics, plus a minimum of six ( 6) years’ experience in Banking operations with at least two ( 2) years in IFB Officer Services. 
 The Job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the IFB product Development division. S/ he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with colorful work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/ he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The jobholder continually collects and analyses applicable market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.

Position 2: Senior – Conventional Product Development Officer 

Qualification & Experience 
 BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline plus a minimum of six( 6) years marketing and research experience. 
 The jobholder is responsible for Retail products planning and procurement, prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer satisfaction goals. Assist with ensuring product supports and the Bank’s overall strategy and goals. S/ he continually collects and analyses applicable market and competitor information and identifies threats and opportunities.
