Position 1: Real Estate Agents  

Qualifications 

Degree in Marketing, or an architect, civil engineer, or construction technology and management. 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil engineering, construction technology, and management. 

Familiarity with real estate terminology and the original property market is a plus. 

Proficiency in Microsoft applications. 

Proficiency in using digital platforms and mobile applications for managing referrals and customer interactions. 

Ability to use social media and other online tools for marketing and lead generation. 

Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, buyers, tenants, and team members.

Position 2: Reception  

Qualifications 

Degree in administration, management, secretarial studies, or an applicable field. 

Former experience as a receptionist or in a related role, preferably in the real estate sector. 

Excellent communication skills( verbal and spoken). 

Proficiency in computer tools( Microsoft Office, email, management software).   

Strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and attitude. 

Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 

Fluency in English and/ or Amharic(  fresh languages are a plus).  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 3: Administrative Secretary  

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 

Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary or similar role. 

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage. 

Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. 

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. 

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

Experience in handling legal and contractual documents related to real estate transactions.
