It was established on October 30, 2010, with a paid-up capital of Birr 9.7 Million, under proclamation No. .86/1994 by the initiation of Berhan BankS.C and through the investment of 455 visionary founders.
Position 1 Marketing & Communications Supervisor
Educational Qualification BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC/ MBA degree in marketing, Management, Accounting Business Administration, or related field from a recognized university or college.
Experience A minimum of 6 years of experience of which 2 years ina senior position i the fiscal sector is preferable.

Position 2 Senior Underwriting Officer
Educational Qualification BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC/ MBA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or related field of study
Experience A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience of which 2 years as Underwriting Officer II.
Work Place Addis Ababa
Position 3 Branch Manager
Educational Qualification BA/ BSc Degree in Economics, Management/ Accounting/ Statistics or related fields from a recognized College University
Experience Minimum of 6 years applicable work experience, of which 2 years in senior positions
