The job purpose is to support the protection of company assets and the security of security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises by assisting in the reduction and detection of crime through operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behaviors to the immediate supervisor as necessary. 

Position 1: Lead Business Applications Administrator 

Qualification 
 • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related fields. 
 • 6 years of applicable experience with proven experience in vendor management, enterprise application support( ERP/ CRM), and a strong business understanding. 
 • Supplier Service Management 
 • Customer service management 
 • Project management 
 • Independent Delivery 
 • Ability to communicate specialized information to non-technical employees. 
 Location Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Performance Head 

Qualification 
 • The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/ chemical engineering/ Food science/ IBD or other internationally recognized Industrial science. 
 • 10 years’ experience in specialized and leadership experience in a FMCG environment. 
 • Mastering  rearmost process and quality technologies and processes 
 • Advanced leadership and  directorial skills 
 • Advanced communication skills 
 • Advanced chops in troubleshooting, problem working, and conflict operation. 
 • Advanced English writing/ reading/ listening/ speaking. 
 • Advanced computer skills 
 • Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and achieve goals within required time frames 
 Location Addis Ababa 

Position 3: Plant Supply Chain Manager 

Education 
 • Logistics or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Purchasing and Supplies Management Business Administration or Accounting or Manufacturing Engineering or applicable fields. 
 Experience 
 • Eight( 8) years of hands-on progressive professional experience in handling and managing end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes in an FMCG factory setting, of which Two (2) years should be in administrative roles. 
 Location Hawassa
