Position 1: Admin Assistant (Sebeta)
Qualifications The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree Management, Business Administration or related field of studies. 4 or 1- year separate experience in supporting directors, rather in Business Organizations complete in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
Strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in- person)
Experience exercising confidentiality with sensitive company information.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Advanced in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo. Knowledge of French language would be an advantage.

Position 2: Plant Director (Zebidar Plant)
Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of BSC Degree Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Food Processing Engineering. Master’s degree preferred 12 or 10 years of progressive experience in a large FMCG association leading a factory or production operations integrated production operation and artificial operations. 5 years should be in senior management part with P & L and workforce management responsibility.
Experience of the principles and practice of business planning, production and operation strategy and planning, leading its design and implementation.
Experience of managing, motivating and developing amulti-disciplinary workforce and harnessing the talents of workers at all levels.

Position 3: Method Officer
Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ electrical/ Electromechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3 years proven applicable experience introductory knowledge of electrical and mechanical component and their operations Mastering Architectural, mechanical, and electrical technologies Advanced Communication & negotiation skills Advanced skill in Computer- Aided Design (CAD) software Ability to read & interpret documents (Like; safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions).
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic English writing/ reading/ listening/ speaking.
Basic computer skills

Position 4: Chemist – Raw Material & Quality Control
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
minimum 2 years of hands- on experience in the food, beverage, or FMCG industry, Experience in malt processing or quality control is a plus.

Position 5: Microbiologist
Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry/ Applied Biology/ Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Chemistry or Food Science or Microbiology or applicable fields. 2 years’ minimum experience in food and drinks industry.

Position 6: System Administrator
Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer Science Computer Engineering/ BIS/ MIS, or related fields. MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/ Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus.
4 years’ original work experience in a specialized logical position responsible for managing server environments.

Qualifications The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
5- 6 years’ hands on progressive professional experience of in managing field sales operation in an FMCG organization and 1 year should be on supervising a sales team.

Qualifications The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related fields 8 applicable experiences with 3 years in a directorial/ administrative role
