Position 2 – Customer Service and Sales Manager
Required Qualification and Experience Education University Degree or degree- level( level 5 or above) qualification, and/ or original professional experience At least three years ’ experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management, and managing and directing a sales team.
More Information Pay Band – BRC-6-G Salary ETB 71,454.00 per month plus benefits

Role holders must have existing rights to live and work in the country the role is based. The Exams business units operate six days a week with Saturdays and weekday evenings usually times of peak demand. Position 3 – Photographer – Specialist Consultant Part- Time)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Applicable degree or provable original level of experience Role-specific knowledge and experience Proven experience as a photographer( please submit portfolio). Detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting. Strong creative presence and cultural flair. suitable to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results. suitable to stand and move around for long periods at a time and willing to work post 5:00 pm. Position 4 – Marketing Manager – Specialist Consultant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Role-specific knowledge and experience
Proven experience (2 years) in marketing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

Position 5 – Content Manager – Specialist Consultant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Applicable degree or provable original level of experience
Role-specific knowledge and experience
Proven experience in social media management and tools SOLAS certified. Creative with some knowledge of design/ editing tools Content writing and proofreading skills suitable to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results.
