Position 1: Surveyor  

Job Purpose 

To carry out surveys of property and sites to provide information for building construction, alterations, valuations, land use and chart making

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

Measure and map land using technical equipment, similar as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners, 

Prepare reports and documentation of check results, 

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to  insure that  checks meet  design requirements, 

Resolve survey discrepancies and errors, 

Maintain accurate records of survey data, 

Performs fine calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements. 

Markes and delineates boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land, 

Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software  similar as AutoCAD and GIS programs,  

Qualification and Skills 

BSc or MSc in Surveying or related field of studies  

Experience

Position 2: Graphics Design  

Responsibilities 

Create visually charming graphics for  colorful marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and print collateral. 

unite with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. 

Design info graphics, presentations, and other visual content to support marketing initiatives. 

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality. 

Stay updated on the  rearmost design trends and tools to continuously improve our visual content  

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related fields. 

Zero (0) experience 

Proficiency in design software similar as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. 

Excellent creativity and attention to detail.

Position 3: Office Engineer  

General Job Description 

The Office mastermind provides specialized &  executive information to the others working on a design to ensure that the work complies with all engineering  norms, canons, specifications, and design instruction; trouble- shoots engineering related installation problems. He she is also responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all attestation, styles and materials needed to carry out the works.  

Detailed tasks and responsibilities 

Prepares the construction  system statements and risk assessments, and develop work styles necessary for his/ her area 

Prepares temporary works drawings and site related design drawings. 

Develop the job safety analysis. 

Follows up on the  endless work design and coordinate this with the site. 

equals on a  diurnal basis with the subcontractors, and  help in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted workshop. 

Prepares specialized and  marketable comparison wastes of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications. 

Prepares work requisition for all required endless materials, and prepare material submittals and follow- up of the approval process. 

Follows- up the deliveries and invoicing of the endless materials 

Anticipate standard solutions and take initiative and make suggestions, 

Keeps up diurnal work tickets. 

Posts change orders. 

Tracks and manages change orders. 

Maintains as- builts as work is completed. 

Documents project issues conditions 

Maintains organizes and detailed project records

Obtains permits, badges and access requests in advance 

Assists with preparing change orders. 

Participates in Key Project Review 

Performs other related duties as required  

Qualification 

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering and related fields  

Experience 

5 years’ experience out of which 2 years as office engineer  

Special Skill and Knowledge 

Significant experience and detailed practical knowledge in Planning, organizing and prioritizing own work

Position 4: Van Sales Officer  

General Job Description 

Strive for the achievement of the company’s goals, objective and mission by showing entrepreneur quality. Follow company’s sales policy and internal procedures, follow and control the  diurnal activities of the sales team, shops and agents. Make regular market visit and make sure that the company’s product have proper market share and content.  

Responsibility 

Follow and guide the  diurnal sales transaction of the company 

Make sure that each sales transaction complies with the company’s sales policy. 

Prepare monthly activity plan and act up on it when approved. 

Follow up the sales team  diurnal activity, distributes task to all sales team and measure their  diurnal accomplishment. 

Make regular  request visit, asses the demand gap in the  request, gather information about competitor’s product design, pricing and related marketing activities. 

Follow up and execute customers advance payments and collectables. 

Make sure that  diurnal sale activities are backed with proper invoice and bank deposit slip. 

Prepare daily performance & activity report. 

Prepare proper customer data base to identify companies customer base and market share. 

Distribute price list and quota to the sales team and Control  diurnal sales is done accordingly. 

Make market visit to over- country shops and evaluate the company’s market share area coverage.  

Follow sales man’s departure & arrival time. 

Evaluate agent’s performance based on their target.  

Qualification 

BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or Business Management from recognized University 

Minimum of 2 years applicable experience in related business respectively  

Skills 

Having good interpersonal communication skills, able of working in team and knowledge of the existing business environment
