Based on our Christian values and further than 100 years of professional expertise, we address poverty as a cause and a consequence of disability. We work in partnership to create an inclusive society for all. To bring our recruitment practices to the coming level, we're looking for a HR Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition *who'll support us in structuring our recruitment policies and act as transnational recruiter for specific recruitment processes. The position is a full- time one and is only filled locally in one of the following CBM locations Nairobi (Kenya), Abuja( Nigeria), Kampala( Uganda), Addis Abeba (Ethopia), Yaoundé( Cameroon), Lom (Togo), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
Position: HR Specialist Global Talent Acquisition
These are your qualifications
You bring with you a strong experience in global talent acquisition/ recruitment, especially in the global south and multi countries contexts
You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales or any other related field
A former experience in a matrix organization context and managing multitudinous stakeholders is strongly wished
Digital affine, you have already worked with (several) applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools and can adapt quickly to new tools after short training
Diversity and Addition are very important to you, and you include this into your recruitment processes
You use your excellent association and time management skills to manage in resemblant several recruitment processes as well as project work
You're used to work effectively in a multilateral remote environment, you understand and appreciate working with people of different cultures and backgrounds
You have a good ability to influence and convince effectively
You're suitable to think out of the box and like developing creative approaches
You're a motorist in change and transformation as well as nonstop improvements
An advanced level in English is a must, proficiency in other languages similar French and German would be a plus
You identify yourself with Christian Values and the mandate of CBM What we offer
