Position 1 Customer Service Officer
Education
• minimal Grade 12 Completion/ Diploma
• Trainings on Customer Service is a Plus
Experience
• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer handling
• former Experience in a Hospital Hotel is a else
Under general supervision of the Department Head, The Customer Service officer will be responsible for Greeting and tending to the needs of the customers of MeQrez General Hospital
Position 2 Junior Environmental Health and Sanitation officer
Education
• Degree in Environmental Health or related fields from a recognized college/ university Experience
• (0) years of experience Under general supervision of the Department Head, Medical Director, the incumbent is responsible for effective implementation & close follow- up of all safety programs, polices & procedures related to Occupational, Chemical, Mechanical, Water; Food, hygiene & health Safeties within the Health Facility.
