Position: Customer Service Representative
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting and any related fields
Experience
• Fresh graduates and applicants with former experience with customer service position
Other Conditions
• Fluent in English and Amharic – written and spoken
• former experience with customer service position
• A positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability
• Clear communication skills
Main responsibilities
• To be the first point of contact for the company, to ensure that guests receive the stylish possible service and to provide executive support across the association.
• Handle the flow of people through the medical Centre and ensure that all administration tasks pertaining to clients are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties and responsibilities
• Drink and register all guests at the client service point and give all the applicable information in a friendly and regardful manner.
• Admit any incoming calls and emails at the customer service point politely and ensure that the customer receives all the applicable information.
• Receive payment and prepare invoices.
• help with executive tasks.
