Position 1 Route to Market Officer
Skills Experience & Education
First Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or affiliated field of study with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience.
Must have valid minimal machine/ 2nd grade driving license
Key Duties & resoponsibilities
• Conduct EDS in assigned areas
• Managing EDS process
• Prepare and organize EDS in the assigned area
• Manage mapping process
• Administrative perpetration of RTM model
• Prepare design, KPI and operation tools to maintain the RTM Model
• Managed RTM design performance
• Recruit and elect staff
• Manage training & coaching

Position 2 Logistics Manager
Skills Experience & Education
• First Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or affiliated fields.
• A minimum of 10 years of logistics experience
• Minimum of 6 year of line operation experience
• Experience in logistics and business software systems( ERP)
• Knowledge of logistics operations in FMCG associations
• Understanding of crucial business cost motorists
• fresh experience and/ or exposure in deals or manufacturing
The contestant will be responsible to lead the perpetration of the business plan and have oversight of the prosecution through accompanied and effective warehousing, stock operation, customer collaboration, and distribution plans.

The Logistics Manager will report directly to the Logistics Director and will lead and manage a platoon of functional directors, with limited supervision. This position requires engagement and cooperation with stakeholders including functional heads and leadership across and outside the business. As similar, this position must be suitable to effectively engage, negotiate, influence, and communicate to meet the business needs.
Key Duties & liabilities
• apply an effective Logistics Strategy and Business plan grounded on opinion, analysis, sapience and moxie in Distribution, storehouse, Stock Management, Fleet and Cold Drink Equipment principles.
• Oversee the prosecution of storehouse, Secondary and Primary Distribution, Fleet, CDE and client collaboration in the factory to insure productivity.
• give leadership to negotiate company pretensions and objects.
• Manage stakeholderrelationship.Plan & Manage budget and allocation of finances according to plan.
• insure standardization of productivity measures. and operating practices.
• dissect customer service and functional effectiveness and design plans to close gaps in confluence with the logistics excellence function at the center.
