Position 1: Compliance Officer
Education
First degree in Accounting/ Accounting and Finance or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years experience in Auditing preferably in a manufacturing environment.
ACCA/ CIA instrument is largely profitable.
Exposure in Compliance, Internal Control and Internal Audit.
This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding the company’s reputation and driving sustainable, biddable business operations.
Location Addis Ababa Position 2 Regional Sales Manager
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/ Business Administration or related field of studies
A minimum of 5 years applicable work experience in Sales and Marketing of which 3 years on directorial position.
Must have valid minimal Auto/ Dry 1 driving license.
Hands- on experience as a Sales in Fast Moving Consumer Goods terrain is advantageous.
Proven ability to effectively manage teams.

Position 3: Customer Support Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in business- related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support, sales coordination, or distributor management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
previous experience in a analogous fast- paced marketable environment is an advantage. • Exposure to sales operations, order- to- cash processes, or customer engagement systems is largely desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage assertively and respectfully across internal teams and external partners.
Proven ability to dissect data and identify patterns in distributor performance, customer issues, and functional gaps.
Solid understanding of sales and distribution processes, with a keen awareness of customer service standards and request dynamics.
Customer- focused mindset, with a strong drive to meet service expectations and make long- term relationships with distributors and customers.

Position 4: Route to Market Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in business- related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales role in the FMCG industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of Route to Market process, customer engagement, and request dynamics.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and routing/ logistic software, with a proven ability to analyze data, manage complex routing systems, and optimize logistical operations for improved efficiency.
Key Skills
Expertise in RTM model application and optimization.
Strong logical and problem- working skills.
Accuracy in managing customer masterdata.
Effectivecross-functional collaboration.
