Position 1 – Customer Service Clerk
The Customer Service Clerk is accountable to create front workplace client service support at branch. S/he can handle account maintenance, payment and assortment transactions and answer client inquiries, handle money and non-cash transactions and every one client requests at branch
Academic & skilled Qualification
Diploma/ level IV/Degree during a business connected field e.g. Accounting, Management, Business Administration, promoting Management or the other equivalent field.
COC Certified
Certificate in Basic laptop ability.
Experience

Required Technical competence
Understands the fundamental monetary merchandise and services.
Good information of Bank accounting and procedures.
Ability to retort to shopper inquiries and have the aptitude of advising and breakdown most problems and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft workplace applications
