Position 1: Cost Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience: Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Experience, minimum of 3 years applicable job experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
Ability to use computer Applications
Knowledge of Sage( ERP), Opera, MC System
Analytical and problem-solving skills, ,
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple assignments
Able to work. In a platoon terrain
Highly organized, suitable to carry out tasks independently,: and accomplish assigned duties on time
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
To verify food and beverage purchase invoices against quantities ordered and received
Ensures particulars requested are duly accounted for
Maintains food and libation costs percentages on a daily basis and prepares a daily report
To attune food and beverage cost deviations of store-issued items against physical inventory cost every year.
Debits eclectic food cost deductions to proper tally accounts and credits food and beverage cost accounts so that both sides balance
Prepares primary food and libation cost and purchase summary reports
Update the. menu costs daily for all outlets and mess ages
Works closely with concerned departments to develop menu pricing of food and beverage products
Prepare cost breakdowns of food and beverage
Requirement Skill : Attention to detail, Accounting
Position 2: Bartender
Required Qualifications and Experience
EducationDiploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management, Hotel Operations, and other related fields
Minimum of four years’ work experience as a bartender in a four or five-star hotel
Having COC certification is an advantage
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple assignments
Able to work. In a team environment
Highly organized, suitable to carry out tasks independently, and immediate
Articulate and a . : good listener
