• Bachler Degree in Natural  coffers, Agriculture fields with five years ’ or Master’s degree three years applicable experience  Competencies 
• Ability and willingness to  constantly travel and stay in the field 
• ability to work collaboratively with associates across the organization developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results for target beneficiaries.

• More than 5 years of experience in related roles with INGO. 
• Computer knowledgeable with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel.

Job Requirements  

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities 

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in  similar as Statistics, Economics, Development studies, M&E, and Research 
• 5 years of applicable experience with the first degree. 
• 3 years of applicable experience plus a post-graduate degree. 
• 1 year of administrative skill 
• Experience in  philanthropic  programming in addition to development programming is an advantage 
• Clear understanding and experience in directly  enforcing primary qualitative data collection(  crucial informant interviews, focus group discussion, participatory qualitative  styles, survey, etc.) 
• Clear understanding and experience of quality assurance in data collection Ability to provide specialized advice and support   
• Experience in providing training and capacity building to program and M & E staff   
• Excellent communication skills;  suitable to work as part of a team and establish relationships with field offices 
• Excellent computer and digital data gathering system skills; must have ability in statistical analysis software packages similar to STATA, and SPSSetc. and knowledge of the iForm Building platform is desirable
