- Bachler Degree in Natural coffers, Agriculture fields with five years ’ or Master’s degree three years applicable experience Competencies

- More than 5 years of experience in related roles with INGO.
- Computer knowledgeable with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Fluency in English.

Job Requirements
Essential minimum qualifications and capacities
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in similar as Statistics, Economics, Development studies, M&E, and Research
- 5 years of applicable experience with the first degree.
- 3 years of applicable experience plus a post-graduate degree.
- 1 year of administrative skill
- Experience in philanthropic programming in addition to development programming is an advantage
- Clear understanding and experience in directly enforcing primary qualitative data collection( crucial informant interviews, focus group discussion, participatory qualitative styles, survey, etc.)
- Clear understanding and experience of quality assurance in data collection Ability to provide specialized advice and support
- Experience in providing training and capacity building to program and M & E staff
- Excellent communication skills; suitable to work as part of a team and establish relationships with field offices
- Excellent computer and digital data gathering system skills; must have ability in statistical analysis software packages similar to STATA, and SPSSetc. and knowledge of the iForm Building platform is desirable
