The Mobile & Online Banking Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for assuring the quality and functionality of mobile and online banking products and services. The role holder is also responsible for creating and running tests, identifying errors, and providing feedback to ensure a final product meets the customer expectations and the Bank’s standard and ensure users have a smooth, error-free experience while using a product consistently. In addition, the role holder is responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues throughout the product life cycle and provide feedback and recommendations for the continuity of improvement.
