Position 1: Senior System Administrator for Addis Ababa
Required Qualifications and Experience
EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or any other original field.
Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A is an added advantage.
ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years applicable experience
Specialized Competencies
Experienced Service Management professional. Service Management or Support in a large-scale and different environment of incident management, escalation procedures, and related disciplines.
Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
Excellent customer-facing/ customer service skills.
Suitable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Understanding of IP network traffic, firewalls, routing, and switching, suitable to troubleshoot IT equipment

Position 2: District Credit Analyst for Dira Dawa
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance, or other related fields.
Experience least five (5) years’ experience as a Loan Officer in the banking industry.
Specialized Competencies Working knowledge of provisioning for loan losses and the Bank’s nonsupervisory provisioning policies and requirements.
Expert knowledge of loan workout and recovery processes and strong knowledge of advancing principles in the commercial business request.
Solid understanding of lending procedures and credit reporting agencies complete in reading/ interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit.
In- depth knowledge of credit scoring and financial services products.
Knowledge of programs, rules, regulations and directives related to the financial sector.
Sound knowledge of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment.
