Position 1 Senior Digital Business Innovation Officer  

Academic & Professional Qualification  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering  

• Business Management, Marketing Management Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other original field.

• Hands- on experience in digital technology and marketing of Digital product/ service is an added advantage.  

Experience  • Minimum of five( 5) years applicable work experience on similar roles. The Senior Digital Business Innovation Officer is responsible for creating an innovation framework that includes generating, selecting, and  enforcing value- adding ideas for the Bank’s digital business. In addition, the role holder is responsible for instilling products and services to develop new services and business models beyond traditional banking.

Position 2 Cloud and Core Systems Engineer  

Academic & Professional Qualification  

• Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Systems Or Software Engineering or Related Fields  

• Applicable professional qualifications and certifications will have added advantage.  

Experience  • Minimum of six( 6) years applicable experience  The Cloud and Core System Engineer is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware & software and related infrastructure. In addition, the job holder is responsible to ensure that the vacuity, security and integrity of servers, applications, related infrastructures.

Position 3 Manager, IFB Internal Audit  

Academic & Professional Qualification  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Economics, Information Technology, Law, Accounting, Finance, or Banking from a  estimable University. 

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related business field from a recognized institution is an added advantage.  

• Applicable professional qualification  similar as pukka Shari’ah Auditor( CSAU), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certifications in Islamic Finance) is an added advantage.  

Experience  • Minimum of eight( 8) years applicable experience out of which two (2) years in administrative capacity. The Manager, IFB Internal Audit is responsible for implementing comprehensive audits that assess the effectiveness, efficiency, economy, compliance, and ethics of operations related to interest-free banking. In addition, the retainer is responsible for planning and executing IFB audits within the Bank and ensures that the quality of the audits is in accordance with internal audit policies and procedures, international internal audit standards relating to Islamic finance, and Shari’ah principles.
