Digaf Microfinance Provider is seeking qualified candidates for a new job opening. The company is a tech-focused microfinance group that recently signed an agreement with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills. This partnership aims to make affordable digital loans available to those with low and moderate incomes. The goal is to help middle- and lower-income people find financial support using technology.

Position: Assistant Planning & Analysis Officer
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Experience Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in senior auditing, financial analysis, planning, or a related role, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.
Specialized Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fiscal analysis software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong logical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills; ability to present complex information easily.
Teamwork Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fresh considerations for AFPA Officer – ACCA Part qualified/ Student on half of the fundamental level, particular Attributes
Strong problem- working skills and a visionary approach.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Rigidity to changing work environments and priorities.
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices is an advantage.
Certification in financial analysis, any type, is a plus.
