Dodai Manufacturing Plc (Dodai), is a recently incorporated organization launched in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on August 01, 2023. Dodai is a fast growing organization with a mission of makinge-mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through its innovative products and services. Dodai plans to provide brand new electric two wheelers by assembling them here in Addis Ababa and plans to expand to major indigenous metropolises in Ethiopia by the end of 2024. Position 1: Junior Accountant
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or closely related fields to 1 year experience.
Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
Strong verbal and spoken communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

Position 2: Legal Liaison Officer
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law and other business fields similar as Management, Business Administration or closely related fields – 3 year experience in a fast paced terrain in a analogous position
Experience and familiarity with internationally widely used project management tools similar as Trello and Asana is a big plus
Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills
Excellent logical and problem solving skills;
Excellent organizational skills and efficiency;
Excellent ability to foster connections and maintain them
Excellent sense of action, ability to set priorities and work under pressure with accuracy and dedication;
Good experience working with introductory technology tools similar as word, excel, email etc.

Position 3: Junior Assembly Technician (Paid Internship)
Job Requirements
Level II and above TVET graduate in Automechnics or closely related fields
Fresh graduate from a well given TVET institution
Good knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Preferably
complete in all Microsoft Office applications.

Position 4: Senior Accountant
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3- 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and fiscal reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.
Excellent logical, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fiscal reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment

Position 5: Customer Support & Engagement Supervisor
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or customer engagement roles, with at least 3 years in a administrative position.
Proven experience in building and managing customer support teams.
Strong leadership and platoon management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
complete in using CRM systems and customer support software.
Ability to analyze data and generate practicable insights.
Customer- focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong ability to justify and articulate reasoning behind proposed team structures, CRM systems, and processes.

Position 6: Warehouse Team Leader
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, with at least 3 years of applicable experience Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
Proficiency in manufacturing- focused ERP systems like SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or analogous platforms.
Strong attention to detail, problem- solving skills, and ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Good skills in MS Office and reporting.
